- Maintain HR policy, procedure & guidelines in compliance with regulations and ensure its implementation.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Follow up daily HR & Admin related activities as organization demand, according to the company policy with strong supervision.
- Co-ordinate all kind of administrative work.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
- Maintain and update personal file.
- Any others work as per supervisor requirements.
- Computer literacy is a must
- Should have pleasant personality & smart.
Required Educational Qualification:
√Masters/MBA/BBA in any discipline in any reputed public or private university
